  • Chatbots can have a “clunky” experience.

Almost all current chatbot creation tools lack a sophisticated enough AI to really be satisfying for the customer. Unless you’re willing to invest in something truly cutting-edge, your customers will know they’re talking to a bot. And sometimes, bots can be really dumb and unhelpful.
